Hayden's Coconut Syrup

Hayden's Coconut Syrup
Recipe from Karen Cope

1 Can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
water to desired consistancy

Mix or blend ingredients together. Serve over pancakes, waffles, or french toast.
