Sweet Potatoes:
1 cube butter
1 c. Brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. Milk
2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
Whip ingredients together.
Pecan topping:
1/2 c. Brown sugar
1 c. Pecans
1/4 c. Flour
1/4 c. Butter
Mix together.
Put sweet potato mixture into a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with pecan topping (or marshmallows). Broil until topping is lightly browned.
